Mantenersi in forma è importante. A ribadircelo è una sportivissima Elisabetta Canalis che abbiamo incontrato nello stand di Happiness in occasione del Pitti di Firenze. Con degli esperti Elisabetta ha tenuto una dimostrazione di Krav Maga, un sistema di combattimento Israeliano nato negli ambienti Arabici dell'Europa centro settentrionale. Insieme a lei abbiamo parlato di Moda, di Musica e di Happiness, ovviamente. Guarda l'intervista qui sotto:
Staying in shape is important. To repeat this is a sporty Elisabetta Canalis that we met at the stand of Happiness in Florence in occasion of Pitti Immagine 84. Per il mese di Luglio abbiamo pensato di mettere in copertina un progetto che ci ha coinvolto particolarmente. Un tributo in chiave Fashion, ma romantica alla rock band Italiana Baustelle, che con la loro canzone ''Un Romantico a Milano'' hanno caraterizzato fortemente la filosofia di Ice Fashion.
Il video, da noi ideato e prodotto, uscirà durante il mese di Luglio, accompagnato da varie foto e da altri servizi scottanti, proprio come il mese in cui ci troviamo. Uno su tutti l'intervista da noi realizzata a Elisabetta Canalis, che abbiamo incontrato a Firenze in occasione di Pitti Uomo 84, dove si trovava come Testimonial del noto brand Happiness. E tanto altro ancora.
For the month of July we decided to put on the cover a project that involved us particularly.
A Fashion, but romantic, tribute to the Italian rock band Baustelle, who, with their song ''Un Romantico a Milano'' been a feature strongly the philosophy of Ice Fashion.
The video, created and produced by us, will be released during the month of July, accompanied by various photos and other services. One in all the interview made by us to Elisabetta Canalis, whom we met in Florence at Pitti Uomo 84, where she was as the face of the brand Happiness. And much more.
Ha aperto ieri i battenti a Firenze la 84esima edizione di una delle fiere di moda più ambite di tutto il globo. Pitti Immagine, che inaugura da Fortezza da Basso a Firenze, gli eventi estivi del fashion in Italia, occupando la settimana più calda e afosa di giugno intrattenendo i suoi visitatori con una vasta gammadi scelte per ogni singolo capo e accessorio.
The 84. Pitti Immagine opened yesterday in Florence, Fortezza da Basso, which is one of the most sought-after fashion fairs in the world.
In this hot June, Pitti Immagine involved it's visitors with a wide range of choices for each garment and accessory.
Tra le varie magnificenze del Pitti, abbiamo scovato Lord & Fools, due ragazzi Francesi, che ispirati dall'eleganzaInglese, hanno deciso di donare il loro contributo, fondando il brand. Lords & Fools si occupa principalmente di capi dettagliati e strutturati di alta sartoria tutta hand made.
Among the many splendours of the Pitti, we found Lord & Fools, two young Frenchmen, inspired by the English's elegance, that decided to establishing their brand. Lords & Fools is mainly engaged in garments detailed and structured haute couture all hand made.

Happiness invece, ha deciso di portare tante novità al Pitti. Una su tutte è la linea GYM ispirata alla palestra e alla serenità del corpo. Happiness instead decided to bring many new features. One of their most important lines is GYM that inspired gym and serenity of the body. A spiritual situation that invites us all to reflect typical doing exercises in the gym.

E poi scarpe, scarpe, scarpe! Scarpe per tutti i gusti e per tutti i colori partendo da una forma più classica e rigida ideata da Antonio Maurizi andando a concludere con Wally Walker per quelli che non si prendono troppo sul serio e che pensano che camminare sia un piacere e non un dovere.

Abbiamo incontrato i Kassidy a Milano in occasione del tour di Lana Del Rey per il quale sono opening act. Insieme ad Hamish Fingland (voce, chitarra) abbiamo parlato delle origini del gruppo, di musica, di Lana Del Rey e dell'Italia. Non eravate ai concerti che la cantante Americana ha tenuto in Italia e non conoscete i Kassidy? Nessun problema, qui sotto vi proponiamo due tra le nostre canzoni preferite del loro repertorio.
ICE FASHION: Come vi siete conosciuti? Quali sono le origini della band?
HAMISH FINGLAND: Ci siamo conosciuti tramite amici, e ci siamo resi conto di avere la stessa passione, fare musica. Così nel 2009 sono nati i Kassidy.
IF: Parlaci riguardo le vostre influenze
HF: E' difficile trovare un'influenza generale tenendo conto che ogni membro della band è cantautore. Tuttavia, se dovessi parlare delle mie influenze, mi vengono in mente: Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Chic, Joe Cocker, Wu Tang Clan.
IF: Cosa pensate dell'Italia? VI state divertendo? Sappiamo che prima di venire a Milano, eravate a Roma e a Torino, che cosa avete fatto?
HF: Ci stiamo divertendo molto! Siamo stati a Torino a visitare il Museo Egizio e a Roma a vedere il Vaticano e il Colosseo. L'Italia è bellissima e ci sono dei posti bellissimi.
IF: Se potreste scegliere, con chi vi
piacerebbe collaborare in futuro?
HF: Ci sono svariati gruppi e persone
con cui ci piacerebbe lavorare, forse, uno su tutti i Daft Punk.
IF: Com'è lavorare con Lana Del Rey?
HF: Siamo amici di Lana da prima che
lei diventasse un volto noto, e nonostante sia diventata famosa,
rimane comunque la nostra solita amica di sempre. Ad ogni singolo
Show che apriamo, lei senza farsi vedere si mette a vedere tutto il
nostro Live, il che è incredibile perché deve prepararsi per il suo
di Spettacolo.

We met the Kassidy in Milan during the tour of Lana Del Rey for which they are the opening act. Together with Hamish Fingland (vocals, guitar) we talked about the origins of the band, music, Lana Del Rey and Italy. You were not at the shows that the American singer done in Italy and you don't know who they are? No problem, we propose below two of our favorite songs from them.
ICE FASHION: How did you meet eachother? How was this band born?
HAMISH FINGLAND: We met through friends, and we realized that we have the same passion, making music. So in the 2009 the Kassidy are born.
IF: Tell us about your influences?
HF: It's hard to find an influence for all the group, because each member of the band is singer-songwriter. However, if I had to talk about my influences are: Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Chic, Joe Cocker, Wu Tang Clan.
IF: Do you like Italy? What have you done in Rome and Turin?
HF: We're having so much fun! We went to visit the Turin's Egyptian Museum and in Rome we went to see the Vatican and the Colosseum. Italy is so beautiful and there are some very beautiful places.
IF: If you could choose, who would like to collaborate with in the future?
HF: There are several groups with we would like to work with, perhaps, maybe the Daft Punk are the good ones.
IF: How is working with Lana?
HF: We are friends of Lana from before she Became famous, and it remains our usual everyday friend. For each show that we open, she came backstage to see all of the show, which is amazing because she has to prepare for her show.

Si scrive Milano International Film Festival (MIFF) e si legge passione e futuro. Sono queste le caratteristiche del MIFF, il festival di cinema indipendente più importante d'Italia che ha aperto ieri i battenti al Palazzo della Lombardia di Milano, proiettando in anteprima Internazionale: ''NO - I giorni dell'arcobaleno''. Il film parlava della rivolta del Cile contro Augusto Pinochet, dittatore che piegò la nazione, qui sotto il trailer.
Noi eravamo accompagnati dalla meravigliosa modella Brasiliana Jackie Almeida, ma oltre a noi c'erano artisti quali Melanie Marden, e René Saavedra, il pubblicitario attivista che si occupò in prima persona della rivolta.

It writes Milan International Film Festival (MIFF) and it reads passion and future. These are the characteristics of the MIFF, the most important independent film festival in Italy that has opened yesterday at the Palazzo della Lombardia in Milan, screening for the first time in Italy the movie:'' NO.'' The film is about the revolt against Chile's Augusto Pinochet, dictator that bent the nation, here's the trailer.
We were accompanied by the beautiful Brazilian model Jackie Almeida, but besides us there were artists such as Melanie Marden, and Rene Saavedra, the activist who worked in the first person on the revolt.
